Harvard College, along with PEN America, to host Intellectual Vitality and Free Expression Summit on January 18th and 19th 2024.
From the summit description:
By convening a group of student leaders from Harvard College and other Boston area, Ivy, and Ivy+ schools to discuss intellectual vitality and free expression, Harvard College and PEN America look forward to hosting the Intellectual Vitality and Free Expression Student Summit. Our hope is that through participating in this event, you will feel more well versed in:
Literacy on free expression issues through exposure to various related topics
Advocating for your rights and rights of others
Civil discourse and respectful engagement across varying perspectives and backgrounds
